    I can only remember his first name was Peter,this was probably 15-20years ago,had an office opposite the Methodist church in London rd,he flooded pubs n cafes with leaflets about his wonderful betting system,it looked to good to be true and it was.Many people got caught out by him and i,m sure i read that the law caught up with him in another town.I believe he was jailed.A very flamboyant character,used to like going in the Dover carnival with his big open topped american car,often seen wearing a cowboy hat,smoked big cigars,he was basically a con man.
