    That's correct , Howard. Part of the Empty Shop initiative, whereby Art works are being put in place to improve the visual appearance.This site is owned by DDC [funded by SEEDA] & it is hoped that by this example other landlords of empty properties will agree to let their premises be used until they can be let. Local artists are involved in this scheme under the guise of Dover Pride.
