  Barry we did not own the property until recently. It was purchased as with the Britannia and the next door property along Townwall St as part of Port and Wellington Dock regeneration scheme. These are SEEDA funded acquisitions. To date not many landlords have responded to requests to allow art works to decorate their derelict shops. This has to be consensual. Many of the landlords are absentee London firms. We will persevere.
