    Thanks Ross, hope the contamination isn't too serious. As you know Andy came to see me last week, hope we can help with clearing the land.

    Good Luck on finding the land-owner - it can't be worth much as there's no separate access, so can't build anything on it; can you (LRCF) make a claim on it if you can't find the owners ?
