    good question ross, i think it ended up being hamstrung by health and safety/admin stuff.

    keith and sheila will know the full details.

    we used to go team handed into the alleyways and overgrown verges and clear stuff.

    on the positive side some local people would see what we were doing and join in, on the negative side some would see it as a chance to bring stuff out of their homes and expect us to carry it away.
