  I am unfortunately unable to make next weekend (Friday would have been my late partner's birthday - the first since he died - so I am going to stay with some friends) but I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank those who turned out and did a stint, it was great fun and particularly rewarding to have some local residents turn up and participate as well as all the positive comments from passers by.
  
  This really shows what a motivated dedicated bunch of organised locals can achieve if they set their minds to it.

  Lynn Brisely from DDC - who has been a great supporter to LRCF and helped us beg and borrow things for the job
  
  Paul Willmott from WCCP - who kindly lent us hand tools and gloves and even volunteered his time to help out
  
  Finally those who turned up to help Mandy, Phil E, Phil W, Vic, Welsh Barry, Paul S & Son, Colin M, Anita & Daughter, Lenny & his colleague from the work placement scheme, And maybe most importantly the residents of Cherry Tree - Tom & Lily & Graham - a big thank you and well done.
