  it seems not seeing it starts at the eastern docks and ends at junction8.

  If I can watch the cameras then surely someone in authority is equally capable? It beggars belief that this has been allowed to continue for so long.

  Not so much ends at junction 8, but all over Dover. We couldn't get into Dover this afternoon - took us over two hours to do half of Folkestone Road.
  Must have been horrendous for many people - one enterprising person in Folkestone Road had a sign on their gate saying coffee available at a £1.00 a cup - they could have made £500 easily I'd have thought.
