    Someone mentioned changing eating habits when it comes to fish and I agree, but the fish shop in Castle Street tried this for several months and gave up. Maybe others did too, but people are just so set in their ways.

    He was selling Pollack and chips (a reasonable size piece of fish) for £3.30, over a pound less than cod, but gave up as no one (I did, but obviously not enough - it's a tasty white fish) bought it.
