    I haven't heard anything either Howard.

    I was advised by two different sources that the money runs out at the end of February 2010, the other source said two years.

    I'm sure there's been lots of behind the scenes activity, but just not been made public.

    With two different factions fighting for their chosen location, it was bound to become a football, being kicked here and there.

    If everyone had been behind either the Mid-Town area, or Whitfield, we would have got somewhere by now and agreement reached. Now, as promised/threatened, we may not have one for many years.
    If it hadn't been the flood-plain, it would have been something else that would have stopped it.
