    I suspect the majority of us know what is the cause of the NHS problems.

    1) To many highly paid Chiefs who are not up to the job.

    2) Far to much paperwork.

    3) Constant changes of policy by the government regardless of which party, they tend to rob Peter to pay Paul.

    4) The foreigners who need important prolonged treatment for illnesses like TB etc.

    5) "Possibly the strain is something to do with the fact that we add a third of a million a year to our population by immigration" as stated by the Captain.
