    only this morning i walked past the nick, riverside centre and the college and surveyed the beer cans, crisp packets and weeds.

    someone told me that there was a bit of river in there somewhere.

    the situation gets worse despite efforts from volunteers, lucky we have the environment agency to talk down to us.
