    PaulB - you are mixing up cuts generally with cuts to benefits. It would be unprecedented for people to actually suffer benefits cuts unles they are capable of work (in that case so they should be cut...).

    There are masive inefficiencies that can be cuts along with projects. I expand on this in my latest Blog..
