    incidents had been going on for a long time before the bbc made a light entertainment programme about it.


    my suspicion is that the people at the top try to play down these things so that the crime figures look good.


    the coppers are hamstrung by the politics played.

    one look at the propaganda sheet i got through the post today from kent police confirms this
