  1,
  how long has ditz been talked about,10/12 years nothing has been done.
  2,why has the town been run down so much.
  3,the entire high street from the underpass to hollis moters is so unevan and shabby.
  4,as the town stands now,does it inspire visators to stay for more than 1 hour before leaving in disgust at the lack of fasilaties in the town to keep them here.
