    Maybe the new owners of the lease should be promoting the fact that it is now under new management; perhaps taking a half page advert in the local paper to promote the stalls they do have there and what they're selling.

    Some of the stalls are selling quite good stuff, but many have been upset by the previous owner and moved out, others couldn't afford to, but can they afford to stay there ?

    It should, as Barry-WS said, be in a good location, but it's not being marketed or promoted right and doesn't draw in the crowds.
