I have to say that nearly all the shops I use in Dover are very good with their service. I say nearly all as there is one (close to the rear of St Mary's Church) that has two or three (not all) of their staff that could do with a customer care course.
Oh yes and there is one petrol station where one member of staff, does nothing but complain about being there. I often feel like saying to her if you do not like it move on and let some one else have the job that does want it.
Hey! but lets support the shops in our town first. "Buy British and shop Dover".
