  I was told today that Phizer are I going to close down, well all except a small section with a loss of over 1.000 jobs.
  
  I do not know if this is true but if it is it will be a hard blow to the local area with so many job loses.
  
  It is not that long since all the building was completed there so what happens to all those empty buildings as well.

  Rumours like this come round every few years - there are several thousand people there so the numbers don't add up either....

  Well I hope you are right Paul, of course I do and I would not know the numbers either but it appeared to have some truth to it when I was told.

  dover is not a good place to listen to rumours.
  
  ice rink, bowling alley and cash fountain all waiting to be installed.

  i have no problem with the cash fountain, the bowling alley does seem a flight of fancy though.
