You know the way it is..you dont know something or have never heard of something then as soon as you do know it, you hear of it again..and in yer whole life before you never heard of it.
No I havent gone off me beam but Andrew above mentioned the Yew Tree Pub and although I never heard of it before, apart from my trip to the church, up it pops again in todays Dover Express. There is an advert which states..
that its one of the Top 100 pubs in the UK
that it has an award winning menu
that it does 2 course sunday lunch for £9.95
...well not bad at all!! I didnt know it was such an illustrious pub, and right next to the church, must try it out.
And at those prices certainly sounds worthwhile.
