this is nothing to do with their last member of parlliament, a real piranha was caught in the lake in radnor park by an angler trying for carp.
unfortunately this is becoming a problem nowadays, people buy exotic pets then get bored and dump them somewhere, causing problems with local eco systems.
turtles and terrapins can be found in many lakes, exotic birds are also being spotted in forested areas.
why would anyone buy a piranha anyway, you cannot stroke it or take it for a walk or teach it to say "who is a pretty boy then".?
being a former tropical fish keeper, they are the last fish i would have wanted, they are pretty dull to look at, they normally lurk in a corner of the tank.
blimey wouldnt go chunky dunking in there then!

I unfortunately saw this trash story earlier on yahoo when I logged on. The angler sold the story to the Sun. They knew the piranha was in there, so just a cheap stunt for gullible reader`s.
Tell them that I came, and no one answered.
