  I feel they will take more from the Sea alongside..... the Harbour on the Eastern Arm....in front of the Road...
  to "ease" the traffic problems....ha ha....

  I wouldn't be at all surprised....given that the scope of the KCC £45m levelling-up finding includes a new port exit road....but this consultation is about the port of 25 years hence....
