  I have seen some horrendous ones in the area recently and they are dangerous as Darren says people have to take avoiding action, we pay a lot of money to use the roads and surely the powers that be have a duty of care to the users. A series of holes and trip hazards would not be acceptable in a supermarket aisle for instance, why are these dangers allowed on the road?
