I,ve seen similar before and if you ask them why,its often because its not on their worksheet or some other stupid reply.There just isnt any common sense any more.I saw highways repainting the double yellow lines just the other day off Coombe valley rd whilst the actual road is full of potholes.Obviously a far more important job.
