    Well I think this all very easy to resolve with a simple three point plan.

    1. I suggest Mandie takes a back seat and concentrates on her health.
    2. Mr Trickey should focus his attention on his own area.
    3. Mr Friend and DDC Events Committee can then get on with organising the carnival. Shouldn't be a problem if they are already publicising they are its saviours.
