    Mr Friend Or Dave as I know him IS part of Deal Committee... Dave Has been drawing up all The NEW plans we are required to submit on behalf of Dover as he understands what is required having completed the same documents for Deal.... Dover And Deal Have been working together...

    I have known Dave and his wife for almost 2 years and yes he is very good at preparing the documents NONE of us at Dover Have had explained to us.... I hardly think this is someone stepping in and saving the day.... Dover And Deal Carnival operate and always have done since 2004 as a united front for the good of carnival...


    YEAH SUE YA RIGHT ON ONE THING DOES MAKE YA THINK WHY BOTHER... Not a job I get paid to do now is it ??????????
