    Kieth, I am sure PSCOs do a grand job, but I am not convinced that the money is well spent. I think that perhaps if the money were spent on the police and the aims and goals were re-drawn to allow the extra police the time and education to reach out, as you clearly do, to communities, more probelms could be addressed. I am quite happy to be wrong.
