    didn,t see anything as I cycled by at 5.30 am Barry,problem is you are too close to the Town Centre and all the associated drunks but that is not an excuse.
    In the week a car with 4 youngsters passed me by the Eagle lights,as the car stopped a plastic bottle half full came out of the window into the gutter and stopped right in front of my bike.
    So I picked it up and said to the lad who threw it out of the window,you dropped this so I will give it back.The horror on his face so as the traffic started to move he threw it back but this time at me,I stopped picked up and took the car number then put in a bin for him.
