  Wow! thats quite an influx of personnel for Labour. Good to hear. Once the new Labour regime is up and running, presumably under the guiding hand of fresh new blood in the shape of fresh faced David Milliband, they might see a revival in fortunes.
  
  As they were saying though on Question Time last night...Labour need new impetus , a new flag to attach themselves to, as all there old reasons for existing are gone. Socialism, left wing fever, strong unions and what have you....all gone.A continuance of NEW Labour is the thing with a new progressive vision.
  
  Interesting to see that the old guard like Alan Johnson, Jack Straw, are recognising this and standing aside in the leadership contest.
