Pat and her team worked incredibly hard, serving a five course meal to 190 people with all sorts of other things going on is a test for any Food and Beverage Team, but for an event like this to be so successful it takes every member of the team working together and we have a good General Manager in Gehan, he leads by example and it shows.
The Chefs, Housekeeping Staff, Maintenance Staff, Accounts Team, Food & Beverage, Reservations and Sales teams were all a part of this and we are all incredibly proud of our achievement.
It was a very late night and I am feeling a little jaded this morning!!
