    Ray Haines has slipped away after months of quiet suffering.He was a true supporter of Dover despite living in Thanet.As Chief Executive of Dover Chamber he was a larger than life figure representing local business.On a personal note I appreciated his forward thinking outlook.

    Barry will no doubt give a more expansive business & personal appreciation.
