My comments FWIW:-
Whilst in support of the project I am disappointed that DHB are not looking to water sourced heat pumps to provide heating.
These are being introduced as part of the refurbishment of Tate Liverpool.
It would be nice if Dover and DHB could provide an exemplar for others of the 'future' rather than merely playing catch-up with 'old' technology.
(The first the first photovoltaic cell dates to 1839 and we've been producing solar cells commercially in the UK since 1986!)

Planning consent for changes to redundant toilet block leave it looking like 'toilet block'? Suprise, suprise.

My goodness what was Planning department thinking about.Terrible design.Rubbish design.I recall once hearing that If Kent is the garden of England.than Dover is the rubbish heap,at the bottom of the garden.Planning department Dover deserves better. What were our current Councillors thinking.
