  While this is obviously a correct notion in a way...it does give some uncomfortable concerns that we could all be ratting on our fellow citizens (and I wont make any reference to a previous european regime from our near history who pursued this kind of thing). Not only are we the most photographed and watched people on earth, we now have informants, or encourage the practice of informants. Uncomfortable.
