We have very good Drs but they should not laugh when on a picket line .there are many members of the public waiting for a operation or to see a Dr, I think it is near the point of saying enough is a enough ,I might be wrong but I think they should be made a good pay deal backed up with the law, the offer around 18%to 20% but with a clause of no more strikes for 18 months backed up by the law ,Drs sigh up to that deal to get back their jobs we cannot carry on like the way we are.As I said I might be wrong it is just my way of thinking.
