    We also saw the helicopter at about 9.30 last night. It flew from Melbourne Ave area to the town. We then saw a car (police?) driving round Rix's field possibly chasing someone.

    The answer to your question Roger is that they stand outside off-licences and minimarts and ask adults to get it for them. So you see it's not just the kids that are at fault. Perhaps the shop owners should be more aware of what's outside.
