    It is clear by reports on TV that alcohol is a problem, most shop owners are responsible, but there responsibility stops once the person buying goods leaves the shop.

    Its other adults that can be a problem who buy booze/fags for those underage.

    Sadly we have other posts on other subjects where this selfish society started, and now we are reaping what people have been saying for some time.

    Whether its under age drinking, 24 hour pubs, etc sadly England aint ready for it
    Those adults found giving alcohol/fags to under age should get stiff penalties, unless this happens the problems will continue.
    This is of course only part of the problem, prosecute any shops found guilty of selling to under age, do that a few times they will soon stop.

    Only by working together can we solve these problems
