    Hi Guys,

    A little birdy tells me that the new contractors (not the cleaners) for the grounds put in a request for a 30% increase at the Parish Meeting this month!!! Apparently they cant do the job for the amount originally tendered.

    I hope that River Parish Council do not give in to the demands of this Company from Ashford after taking the contract away from a local man who had worked those grounds for 30 years!!

    I would love to hear from anyone from the Bowling Club or Tennis Club at River, particularly as there is practically no grass on the bowling green!!
