  There is nothing private about council tendering and the delivery of council services....we pay for them. I note, also, that Sue is making assumptions again..........
  
  I am rather afraid we are past the point of being satisfied when any politician claims that, for example, "tendering procedures were observed" and will often need proof. I think this may be the result in part of expenses claims being laundered at head office in Westminster!!!!!
