    thats right solar powerd cats eyes,certain sections are closed off overnight between 2000 and 0600 hours.should be finished this weekend if memory serves me right.up here in the dizzy hieghts of aycliffe we get that noise 24/7.there is some mysteryus holes appearing near road signs between westen hieghts roundabout and york street roundabout.
