Ladies and Gentlemen please do not let's start a finance row on here over the Mill. Yes costs have risen and it is difficult to raise the finance required but as a Trustee I can tell you all if we wanted support from the Parish Council we would approach them in the correct manor. It does the Mill no good at all to have a go at the Parish Council, any other organisation or person over finance. The Parish Council are not there to just dish out money as they see fit just because they think it's a good idea, they have to be approached in the correct way and make their decision on the request put before them and at this moment in time NO such application has even been discussed by the Trustees.

Sue, we did not have the carol service at the Mill this year as it was decided not to after discussions with the Parish Council Events Group, to avoid a clash with the lamp light carol service held at The Dickens event which the Mill fully supported.

The Trustee's and Volunteers of Crabble Corn Mill would like to thank everyone that has given their support to the Mill during 2009. We wish you all a very Happy New Year and look forward to your continued support during 2010.

    Thank you.

    Harry Reid
    Chairman Crabble Corn Mill Trust
