    Actually Keith it was the other way around. He had the opportunity to work with DDC in a way that would have turned the RPH into a truly world class exhibition but he not only blocked that but also obstructed DDC. He was censured and disciplined by his professional body as well. The result what we have today, an outdated sad little backwater that is an embarrassment rather than the asset to Dover it should be.
