  I'll be seeing the owner tomorrow and will post what he says. I believe that the phone numbers listed refer to the previous lessee so I'm not surprised there was no comment. A new lessee took over last week.

  We both slept through it all Peter!
  
  This morning the owner Brian Ward and myself met with the new lessee and read the riot act. We were assured that the finishing times would be strictly adhered to in future. Another resident, one from Anstee Road, came in later and pointed out that there was also a party in a back garden further down London Road that also went on until the small hours.
