  using the boxes wouldn't be to bad if they had lids, this would stop contents getting blown out and littering the area, which is like a rubbish tip anyway, not a very well thought idea, my rubbish is always contained until collection day, so does not get scattered everywhere, I just end up with other peoples rubbish getting blown out of their boxes and coming down in my area, as said not very well thought out, with lids this would not happen
