Does anyone know why the flower beds near the bus stops in pencester and in the gardens near Camden crescent look so sad

The Council are planting the beds near the Yacht Club.They can’t be everywhere at once.
Perhaps you could get a few volunteers to help .

I can understand why village parish councils would need volunteers but surely not a council for a town the size of Dover to look after its town centre parks, especially those in areas that tourists would pass through.

Well challenge your council.perhaps they prefer to spend money elsewhere.
