    paul the fuhrer said in post 4 that council tax bills will be unaffected by transferring control of our much loved urinals.

    is the cruel truth that we are about to be inconvenienced?

    i have a sneaking suspicion that a game of party politics is being played by both sides knowing that a general election will coincide roughly with the arrival of the enevelope from the council.
