  Let's be clear: either the government is nannying or it is neglecting its duties. Which is it? My own position, which is clear, is that we have a duty to teach values and principles to our children and to demonstrate and evidence the conseqeunces of actions. but if one is going to have a swipe at governmental directives please can we be clear which direction that swipe takes??!!
