A great film that I watched on DVD a week or so ago. Looking forward to a Blu-Ray print coming out of it....
Applied! Thank you.

Have you the edition with the alternative soundtrack - not as good as the one actually used, Paul.

It is the 2004 digitally remastered picture and sound version

Thats the one, I am sure... have you tried the alternative (original) soundtrack that was not used for the cinematic release (look in the extras). It does change the feel of the film and is interesting but you can see why they changed it.

As it's the 70th. Anniversary of the Battle of Britain, would it not have been appropriate for Dover to show that in Connaught Park instead of the Chipmunk thing ?

i wondered who would be first to make that point roger.
i suppose that it being the school summer holidays the chipmunk thing would be more appropriate though.

Shame it couldn't be made a 2 nighter as I am sure the costs would be a lot less than double...

I'm sure they would (be a lot less) Paul - not sure what soundtrack they'd use though.

'Alvin and the Chipmunks' in Connaught Park is a great idea. I'm sure that the live streaming of a council meeting will draw the crowds.
(er, joke!)

Especially if it's promoted as such.

good idea to have a live screening of a council meeting at connaught park.
the only drawback could be people being sent out of the park because something sensitive is being discussed.
