    Paul I know that, But at the time I did have words with their agents Malltbys I am looking at my old letters at this very time and all the old photos.I am looking at the last letter from the Kent Highways to me ."Cllr Matcham .I refer to the recent correspondence concerning the Motes Bulwark ,Following consultation with the D.H.B., it is clear that there is a recongnition of the benefits that an improvement of the site would bring. that is only part of along letter to me the date was 16.8.2004.
