    The issue you have Vic is that the ultimate say will be had by English Heritage, DHB aren't really interested and the Kent Highways cannot do anything especially as access is highly dangerous these days with the increased traffic flow.

    The only thing that will happen there is that the building gets burnt down, and the when EH finally do something with DUMPY and provide some sort of access from the site.
