I did hear earlier on this afternoon that this was a fatal accident, as Andy mention`s above. I do hope it`s wrong. Whatever the outcome, hopefully the picture`s on the forum will serve to show what can happen, in what should be a traffic calmed area. I was sitting down the sea front at lunchtime today, and the usual youngster doing 40 along the front, noisy exhaust to draw attention to himself. It should be 20 mph, all the way along the sea front, as through Sandwich. (Any feedback on Sandwich as to whether 20 mph has had any effect?). There can be no excuse on racing along there for work etc, especially with many distraction`s happening down there, be it viewing the opposite sex, ships, yachting or anything else.
