This winter has a long tail indeed..and still it goes on...is there anyone left out there without their assets frozen? brrrrrrrrr !!

But yesterday while gazing forlornly through the gloom at our local dredger, the David Church, a blistering ray of sunshine suddenly burst through making the water sparkle and dazzle all around the aforementioned dredger. It was as if Spring had arrived in an instant. For a brief moment in the blinding heavenly light..the dredger looked sleek sexy and cool ( okay..maybe not sleek, well awright then maybe not all that sexy either..and ermm okay perhaps not all that cool ) but there she was so I whipped out the box brownie. and here we are..the seabed shoveller in all its glory.

She was working hard yesterday, scooping up what she scoops up, then depositing it a mile or two off shore...no doubt for it all to return in due course on the next high tide. But so is the way of it.
