Yes that great bulk of ship slipped out last night Howard in a blaze of glory..a blaze of lights like never seen before.
Wouldnt like to see their energy bill !!?
The ship is very big indeed and sauntered across the harbour with the help of the tugs initially. i dont think it could make it out the western exit in the blustery conditions so took the eastern exit. I am sure the town heard its three heavy droning departure horns around 8pm.
There is a military vessel in this morning if anyone wants to take a look. It might be a frigate or something similar
...didnt see it arriving.
